Let’s consider the Democrats insistence upon mail-in ballots, mass mailing out of empty ballots, ballot harvesting, not purging voter registration roles, and not requiring ID when an individual votes.  It is their contention that these things are racist, preventing minorities, especially blacks from voting.  Let’s consider whether or not their allegations are true.

Mass mailing of empty ballots is a no brainer.  The idea is that every address has an empty ballot delivered to their mailbox, whether they want it or not.  Democrats argue that this makes it easier for minorities to vote, since they are apparently incapable of calling or writing the voter registration office to request a mail-in ballot.  Perhaps they have no phone.  Perhaps they can’t afford writing paper or a 51 cent stamp. To be considered “poor” in the United States, an individual must earn less than $12,880 a year; a family of four, less than $26,500.  In the United States, the median income (average household income) is $68,703.  Yet worldwide, the median income is far less.  The average income, AVERAGE INCOME in Burundi is $280 a year, in India $1,680, in Bolivia $3,070, in Egypt $3,460, in Russia $9,720, in Argentina $11,960, and I could go on. All of these incomes are below the “poverty level” in the U.S.  In fact, 689 million people in the world, over twice the population of the United States, lives in extreme poverty on less than $1.90 per day.  THEY could not afford a 51 cent stamp, but the “poor” of the United States certainly can!

But why not just mail out the ballots?  If people don’t want them, they can just throw them away, right?  Not so.  In 2020, some mailmen dumped ballots below mailboxes in apartment buildings for anyone to pick up, fill out, and send in.  One family was sent a mail-in ballot in their cat’s name.  Many thousands of people who had moved to different voting precincts or even different states or had died had ballots sent to their old addresses which could be filled out by those now living there and mailed in.  Those same unscrupulous people could later vote in their own names. Sending unsolicited ballots out to every address simply invites massive voter fraud.

Okay, let’s say people must request a mail-in ballot be sent to them.  We have already established that only a homeless individual might lack the means of requesting one.  But is there an inherent problem with mail-in ballots themselves?  The answer, of course, is an emphatic yes!  Many mail-in ballots don’t require signatures, or the signatures are never checked against signatures on voter registration forms to be sure that the individual filling out the ballot is actually the registered voter.  In the 2020 election, a bundle of ballots were turned in that all had the same handwriting on them and the exact same ink.  (Note to Democrats:  When filling in blank ballots with the names of dead people, change your handwriting on the signatures and use a variety of ink pens!)  This is also where “helpful” Democrats go to the homes of these individuals and “assist” them in filling out their ballots.  Since many people requesting mail-in ballots are elderly, a little help filling out the ballot or the offer to mail the ballot for them can easily result in a vote for someone they did not intend to vote for.

Ballot harvesting is where one of those “helpful” individuals goes door to door and collects the completed (or blank) ballots to “take care of” for the naïve and unsuspecting resident.  In the process, real votes can be changed, ballots with votes for the wrong party thrown away and replaced with ballots voting “correctly,” or pre-voted ballots simply added to the pile and turned in as legitimate.  That’s why in past elections, counties in some states have had as many as 110% of the county’s population vote.  That means, every living man, woman, child, citizen and non-citizen plus 10% more dead people cast votes.  This is obviously voting fraud.

And again, ballot harvesting is unnecessary. Most people can get to a mail box or have a trusted friend or relative to do it for them.  Minorities are no more helpless than other Americans, even though Democrats continue to treat them as though they are.

Drop boxes are not much better.  Unless they are monitored during the daytime and locked away at night, it is relatively easy for someone to remove ballots or to add large numbers of ballots that are for a particular candidate.

The biggest push with Democrats is to do away with voter ID laws.  They want to make it illegal for you to be asked to prove that you are an American citizen and registered to vote in the precinct in which you are voting. Why?  If you want to open a checking or savings account in a bank, you are required to provide your social security number as well as a photo ID.  If you wish to apply for welfare benefits, you must provide identification.  If you want a driver’s license, you must produce identification. If you wish to cash your paycheck anywhere but at a bank where you have an account, you must present identification, and at your own bank, you must still sign your name which can be checked against your signature on file.  If you wish to fly on an airplane, you must present a photo ID. Are they really suggesting that all those “poor” Americans, and most especially the minorities, never cash a paycheck, never get a driver’s license, never open a bank account, never fly on an airplane, or never apply for food stamps?

That is ludicrous!  Of course they do those things!  And if they need to present identification in order to do those most ordinary, everyday things, why can’t they provide that same identification when they vote?

A common argument from Democrats is that it can be very expensive to get identification.  If you don’t have a copy of your birth certificate already or you don’t remember what you did with it, you will have to write to the courthouse in the county of your birth to request one.  Individual counties may charge as much as $25 to send you a certified copy.  Then you must take it to a license branch and apply for an ID, which could cost another $5- $20 depending on the state.  However, there are several points to remember here:  First again is that the “poor” in the United States are not really “poor” by international standards.  Second, in most states, those who have income below a certain level, are 65 or older, or handicapped in some way will be provided with an ID free or at least at a considerably reduced charge.  Third, there are many charitable organizations that help provide for the poor and would be very happy to provide the money for an ID—even local Republican and Democrat party organizations!  And Fourth, if this is such a problem, the safest and easiest solution that protects the integrity of our elections is for all states to provide free birth certificates and free IDs to individuals living below the poverty level.  Problem solved!

But what about the rest of the world?  Do they have the stringent voting requirements that some states, especially Republican states, in the U.S. have or are voting in following the fraud of 2020?  Well, there laws are mostly as tough if not tougher!  In the 37 member Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), a “club” of developed countries which includes the U.S., has 89% of its countries requiring photo IDs to vote.  Only the U.S., Great Britain, Japan, New Zealand, and Australia do not, but each of these has other forms of identification required including special bar-coded tickets, or IDs with a unique code. Of the 47 countries in Europe, 46 require a government-issued ID in order to vote.  The 47th, Great Britain, has some ID requirements — in Ireland, for example, and in some local elections, and Prime Minister Boris Johnson recently introduced a bill to require photo IDs in all elections.  Colombia and Mexico require a biometric ID to vote. For others drivers’ licenses aren’t enough, and Czech Republic and Russia require passports or military issued IDs. Others also use indelible ink on a person’s hand to prevent repeat voting.

Seventy-four percent of European countries ban absentee voting altogether for citizens who reside domestically. Another 6% limit it to those hospitalized or in the military, and they require third-party verification and a photo voter ID. Another 15% require a photo ID. The pattern is similar for developed countries around the world.  Their reasoning?  Ballots that are mailed in, rather than filled out at a voting site by a person with a photo ID, are way too open to fraudulent voting because it is so difficult to make them secure.

Democrat candidate Hillary Clinton charged that President Trump, with the help of Russia, had “stolen” the 2016 election from her, and Democrat Stacey Abrams still claims that she won the governor’s race in Georgia in 2018. But in 2020, when thousands of reports of mishandling of votes, Republican poll watchers being shut out of the room where ballots were counted, videos of people “finding” more boxes of ballots —nearly all for Biden, of course, reports of Democrats being seen actually filling in blank ballots — when these reports have been made, Democrats and their sycophant media have immediately claimed the security and validity of our electoral process and waved aside any hint of voting impropriety.  And as Arizona has embarked on a forensic audit of their votes with several other states going to watch, Democrats have tried with every legal means possible to stop it.  Why?  If the election was fair and Biden actually won, why object to an audit?

But our elections are not secure.  Democrat were caught on video discussing the best way to drive out of state voters into their precinct to vote in an earlier election.  The dead vote with great regularity all over the country as do illegal aliens, and they all vote for Democrats.

So why should Americans object to laws that make our elections more secure as Democrats have repeatedly been doing?  For one reason and one reason alone.  Because in a secure election in 2020, the man who hid in his basement would never have beaten the man who spoke to crowds of over 57,000 people at a time.  You don’t want a secure election if it removes your ability to cheat your way to victory!
